What we hear
Sound familiar?
The topics that come up most often on a first call. Click one to see what we do about it.
We’re not sure who our best customers are.
We define your ideal customer profile (ICP) from the customers you already win, then find and rank the companies that match it.
Pipeline buildingOur outreach gets no replies.
We go after people already showing interest, check their details and rewrite messages so they sound like a person wrote them.
Pipeline buildingNobody trusts the CRM, and our forecasts are always off.
We clean up the CRM, agree clear deal stages and build a forecast based on what really happened before.
Sales operationsLeads get lost, and our marketing tools don’t talk to each other.
Every lead gets a score, an owner and a deadline. Your tools get connected, with one dashboard everyone trusts.
Marketing operationsPeople don’t get what we sell, or why it costs what it does.
We sharpen your positioning, simplify your plans and prices, and back every claim with proof.
Product marketingWe want AI in our product and our daily work, but don’t know where to start.
We pick the use case that saves the most time or earns the most, test it on your data, then roll it out with a person checking the work.
AI integrationOur AI gives confident, wrong answers about our own business.
We tidy up the data underneath so the AI knows what your terms mean and how things connect.
AI that knows your businessWe’re launching in new countries.
A launch in stages, messages rewritten for local buyers and campaigns in their language.
Localisation and customer successCustomers leave after the first year.
A proper welcome for every new customer, regular check-ins and renewals prepared months ahead.
Localisation and customer successHiring takes months, especially abroad.
We pin down who you need and hire them: onsite in Europe, remote, by project or freelance.

We handle
- Finding and checking the right contacts
- Spotting companies that are ready to buy
- Writing and sending outreach
- Keeping the CRM clean and up to date
- A weekly look at the results
Full-funnel growth
How a stranger becomes a customer
Seven steps. Most companies are good at two or three and lose people in between. We look at all seven, and especially at the gaps.
Getting noticed
Posts, emails, ads and partners that put you in front of the right people.
Capturing interest
Turning a download, a sign-up or a website visit into a contact you can follow up with.
Staying in touch
Useful emails, content and small gestures until they’re ready to talk.
Sorting leads
Filling in the missing details and deciding who deserves attention first.
Passing the baton
Good leads go straight to the right salesperson. The rest keep hearing from you.
Closing the deal
Personal attention for big accounts, lighter follow-up for smaller ones.
Keeping and growing customers
Watching how customers use what they bought, and helping them get more out of it.
Artificial intelligence
AI that does real work
Four ways to put AI to work in your company. Pick the one that fits.
AI in your product, and in your working day
We start small: one feature or one task where AI clearly helps. Once it works and people use it, we move to the next.
In your software
Features your customers will use, and happily pay for.
- An assistant inside your app
- Search that understands questions
- Automatic summaries and drafts
- Onboarding that guides each user
- Deciding what to charge for AI
- A launch that gets it used
In your company
Whatever you do, some of the work is repetitive. That’s where we start.
- Support: sorting tickets and drafting replies
- Sales and marketing: research and first drafts
- Operations: reading documents and filling in systems
- Finance: pulling data out of invoices
- HR: screening and welcoming new hires
- An assistant that knows your internal documents
AI agents that do the work, and ask before they act
An agent is software that can carry a task from start to finish, using your tools. How much freedom it gets is your call.
- 01
It suggests
The agent proposes. Someone on your team decides.
- 02
It acts once you approve
It prepares everything and waits for a yes.
- 03
It acts and reports back
It works inside limits you set. You read the log afterwards.
Enterprise AI, minus the jargon
Six terms you’ll hear in every AI meeting. Each hides a simple idea. Together, they explain why some AI gets your business right and some doesn’t.
Making AI part of how your sales team works
Most teams try a few prompts and stop there. We go step by step, and each step has to save real hours before we take the next.
01
Prompts everyone shares
The best prompts for everyday tasks, written once and used by the whole team.
- Researching a company
- First drafts of emails
- Notes after a call
02
AI that knows your context
We give it your customers, your offer and your tone, so its answers sound like you.
- Your ideal customer profile (ICP)
- What makes you different
- How you like to write
03
Finished work, not drafts
Repeatable tasks that hand back finished work, ready to use.
- Launch plans
- Competitor comparisons
- Web pages and email series
04
Agents that do the research
They watch for buying signs, look into a company, rank it and prepare the first message.
- Watching competitors and prospects
- Ranking accounts
- Preparing outreach
05
Work that runs on its own
Tasks start by themselves. Your team checks the results and steps in when something looks off.
- Automatic triggers
- CRM updated for you
- A person keeps an eye on it

Working together
From first review to your own revenue team

- Conversations with your team
- A proper look inside your CRM
- A short, ranked to-do list

Case studies
A few things we’ve done
Twelve countries, marketing that pays its way
- The challenge
- Growth had stalled in the home market, and launches abroad relied on translated campaigns that didn’t land.
- What we did
- Market-by-market launch plans, messages rewritten for local buyers and campaigns run in each language.
- The result
- Twelve countries opened, with marketing bringing in more than five million euros a year.
Try and buy on your own, in several languages
- The challenge
- Every new customer had to go through a salesperson, which held back growth and entry into new countries.
- What we did
- Self-serve trial and purchase, onboarding that guides each user, then launches in several European languages.
- The result
- Customers try and buy on their own, and each new market opens from the same platform.
Plans and prices people understand
- The challenge
- Too many plans and licence types, and salespeople struggled to explain the offer.
- What we did
- Customer interviews, fewer and clearer plans, a new licence model and a rewritten pricing page, coordinated across product, sales and marketing.
- The result
- An offer salespeople can explain simply, delivered end to end from workshop to pricing page.
Teams onsite and remote
- The challenge
- Key roles stayed open for months, and remote team members felt cut off from head office.
- What we did
- Clear role briefs, structured interviews, onsite hiring in Europe and offshore teams set up remotely with shared working habits.
- The result
- Teams across several time zones, with many hires becoming mainstays of the business.
An image AI made clear to three sectors
- The challenge
- Powerful image and video AI that buyers found hard to understand.
- What we did
- Positioning and messaging for healthcare, research and media, with use cases each audience recognises.
- The result
- A clear story for three sectors, used across the website, sales material and launches.

Notes from the field
What we learn from client work, written plainly.
Enterprise AI fits in six words
Ontology, knowledge graph, semantic layer… The words sound impressive. The ideas behind them are simple: meaning, connections, consistency, identity, similarity and context.
Read the articleSalesSeven steps, and why the handovers matter most
Get noticed, capture interest, stay in touch, sort, hand over, close, keep. Each step has its channels and tools. But revenue comes from how they flow into each other. A lead captured well and then passed on badly is a lead lost.

Most teams use AI now and then. The real gain comes from going in order: shared prompts, then AI that knows the company, then whole tasks, then agents.

Questions we often get
A question that isn’t here? Write to us and we’ll reply within two working days.
Ask a questionDo you only work with companies that sell to businesses?
No. We work with companies selling to businesses and to consumers, from young startups to large groups.
Can you add AI to our software?
Yes. We pick the feature most worth building, test it on your real data with your team, then help you launch it while keeping an eye on cost and quality.
Do we need a big data project before using AI?
No. The first step is often small: agreeing on what your key numbers mean, or merging duplicate customer records. The bigger work only pays off when your questions cut across several systems.
Which languages and countries do you cover?
We work in English and French, and we’ve run launches and campaigns in more than 25 countries, adapting the message for each one.
Do we have to change everything at once?
Not at all. Most projects start with one or two problems, often who to target or the state of the CRM. The review tells us where to begin.
Can you work with the tools we already pay for?
Yes, and we’d rather. We only suggest a new tool when something is genuinely missing, and no vendor pays us to recommend one.
What’s the difference between pipeline building and sales operations?
Pipeline building is everything before a lead reaches your CRM: your ICP, who to target, when, and what to say. Sales operations is what happens next: checking the lead, passing it on, tracking deals and forecasting. We do both.
Will AI replace our salespeople?
No. It takes over the research, the note-taking and the data entry. Your people keep the conversations and the relationships, and get more time for them.
Who actually does the work?
We do, alongside your team. We agree at the start who handles what, so nothing falls through the cracks.
How will we know it’s working?
We write down where you start, then look at the same numbers every month: meetings booked, replies, deals in progress, forecast accuracy and revenue.
Do you help with hiring too?
Yes. We build onsite teams in Europe and offshore teams run remotely, and we hire by project or on a freelance basis when that fits better.
